Georges Segal fine
Arts has been working in the field of the art
market since 1936. Originally founded in Paris by
Georges Segal our gallery specialises in appraising and
dealing Old Master paintings and drawings of the 17th
and 18th centuries with an emphasis on French, Flemish
and Dutch schools. In 1999 an United Kingdom branch was
opened in London to preserve the "savoir-faire" of
Georges Segal fine Arts and expand its scope to include
Impressionist and Modern painting. A comprehensive
assistance in all matters relating to the art market is
currently being developed.
The Gallery's
paintings cover a wide range of subjects with a special
focus on religious scenes, portraits and landscapes.
Each painting offered by Georges Segal fine Arts has
been thoroughly checked and researched in order to
guarantee the best for collectors, dealers and museums.
We have been able to assist numerous private clients in
creating or completing their collections. In addition,
several of our paintings have found homes in European
and American museums.
From now on, this website will be an extension of
Georges Segal fine Arts, allowing a large of number of
works to be seen around the world. It will be a lively
and dynamic link between us and all those who are
passionate about paintings and old master drawings but
who are sometimes too far away to visit our gallery in
London.
